Glamour magazine’s new Ask-a-Stylist iPhone application, which I mentioned in an earlier post , has officially launched and, so far, style questions have been pouring in from all over the world.

After an energizing call this afternoon with the online editors of Glamour for another round of Ask-a-Stylist training, I was instantly inspired to help get you inspired with your summer wardrobes. If you’re still figuring out how to update your look, here are the season’s top trends according to Ann Sachs, editorial director of Glamour.com and her expert team in New York.
Happy shopping!

“The suit, especially in white, can be professional for work, but also the pieces can be taken apart to mix and match for other more casual looks.”

Bold colorful patterns
“It’s fresh to mix and match all kinds of fun, bright colors and patterns.”

New Neutrals
“Try anything and everything in that broad neutrals spectrum from cream and camel to dark brown and beige.”
